L'heure rose

I began this piece during a rather emotional time for me.

I needed pink, light, hope, and lightness.

I freed my brushstrokes, and with a great sense of letting go, I created the background, particularly the hazy sky, and then the movement of the swell in the foreground.
I felt a sense of peace as the artwork gradually took shape under my brushes, because I was deeply moved by the luminous spark across the sky and the elegant contrast between land and sea.
A gentle harmony emanated from this creation, which I hold very dear.

The pink hour, or the feeling of gentleness, light, and a precious moment.
